The opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, the Interim General Manager, Children & Youth will provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of OSHC, youth programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and support teams across the portfolio, maintaining a visible presence within services
- Provide operational oversight to ensure service continuity, quality, safeguarding and compliance outcomes
- Build strong relationships with schools, families, community partners and key stakeholders
- Undertake a review of operations, identifying risks, opportunities and priorities to support future service delivery and growth
About you
- Executive or senior leadership experience within a highly regulated environment
- Experience leading multi-site or geographically dispersed teams
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to support teams through change
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and operational performance
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across internal and external environments
- Experience working within education, community services, health, disability, aged care or similar sectors will be highly regarded
