About the role
This role involves supporting a senior Corporate M&A partner who also serves as a board member. You will play a vital role in facilitating high-level corporate transactions and ensuring seamless communication across various stakeholders within the firm.
Key responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and reports related to corporate transactions
  • Conduct research and analysis to support M&A activities
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather information and provide updates
  • Manage schedules, travel, and coordinate meetings for the senior partner
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information effectively
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in a legal environment supporting senior lawyers
  • Strong capability in document management and legal research
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
