Our client, a leading food manufacturing company based in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, is seeking a Health & Safety Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Health & Safety graduate or junior EHS professional looking to develop their career within a large production environment. You will work closely with an experienced Health & Safety Manager and receive ongoing training, development, and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support site safety inspections and audits
  • Assist with accident and incident investigations
  • Support risk assessments and safety improvement initiatives
  • Maintain Health & Safety records and documentation
  • Deliver toolbox talks and support safety training
  • Prepare Health & Safety reports and assist with compliance activities

Requirements

  • Health & Safety qualification or relevant third-level education
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail
  • Positive and proactive approach
  • Valid right to work in Ireland
  • Living within commutable distance to Nenagh
