You will join a successful litigation team acting on complex and high-profile disputes across a range of industries. The role will see you working closely with respected partners on significant class actions and commercial litigation matters, while also taking ownership of your own files and client relationships.
- Plaintiff and defendant class action proceedings
- Complex commercial and contractual disputes
- Corporations Act and shareholder disputes
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement matters
- Competition and consumer law disputes
- Representative proceedings in State and Federal Courts
- Alternative dispute resolution, mediations and settlements
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- 5-10 years' PQE in commercial litigation and/or class actions
- Strong technical legal skills and commercial judgement
- Experience managing complex disputes from commencement through to resolution
- Excellent drafting, advocacy and client management skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to practice
- The ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers
