Job Overview

Core Personnel is hiring experienced Industrial Seamstresses for a climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Dallas specializing in custom window treatments and designer draperies for commercial customers. This position is responsible for operating industrial sewing equipment and producing high-quality custom products while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Drapery production experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong industrial sewing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines to produce custom drapery and window treatment products. Work with various fabrics and materials while maintaining consistent quality and accurate pattern matching. Operate equipment such as single-needle, double-needle, serger, pleater, overlock, or similar industrial sewing machines. Move between different sewing and production stations throughout the workday as needed. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and proper construction while following production specifications, measurements, and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with other production activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience operating industrial sewing machines is required. Experience with single-needle, double-needle, serger, pleater, overlock, or similar industrial sewing equipment is required. Pattern matching experience is required. Must have experience working with fabrics and detailed measurements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential. Candidates must be able and willing to move between different production stations throughout the workday.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in drapery, window treatment, upholstery, textile, or related manufacturing is preferred. Experience producing custom or made-to-order products is a plus.

English proficiency is not required. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.

Work Environment

Work is performed in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment specializing in custom window treatments and designer draperies. Employees may work at multiple sewing and production stations throughout the day.

Requirements

Must be available Monday–Friday during daytime hours and for occasional Saturday overtime. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and E-Verify screening.
