As an Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of orders and financial transactions. This is a hands-on position combining accounts and logistics coordination, suited to someone who thrives on accuracy, deadlines, and variety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily distribution centre orders using EDI and MYOB Acumatica
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable, including reconciliations and invoicing
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, transport bookings, and pallet labelling
  • Maintain accurate records and manage shared inbox communications
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in accounts or office administration
  • Exposure to FMCG or manufacturing environments (highly regarded)
  • Experience with MYOB Acumatica and/or EDI systems (desirable)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to meet daily deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and professional communication
