Talent Vault is partnering with a large New Zealand organisation delivering critical community and healthcare-related services, and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-moving transformation initiative.

Role:
This role requires a strong delivery-focused PM who can confidently manage stakeholders, navigate operational complexity, and drive outcomes across both business and technology teams.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within healthcare, public sector, or large operational service environments.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience delivering complex projects end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Ability to work across operational and technology teams
• Confident managing competing priorities and ambiguity
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivery
• Strong vendor and relationship management capability

Highly regarded:

• Healthcare or health-sector experience
• Experience within transformation or service-delivery programmes
• Exposure to frontline or operational business environments

• Communicates effectively at all levels
• Is collaborative, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
• Can start immediately or at short notice
