Overview

A growing Tulsa-based company is seeking an IT Systems & Network Administrator to support and maintain its server, network, cloud, and end-user computing environments.

This is a hands-on infrastructure role for someone who is comfortable working across both systems and networking. The position will serve as a technical escalation point for more complex issues while helping ensure the organization's IT environment remains reliable, secure, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy

• Configure and maintain switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and network security

• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management solutions

• Support VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization environments

• Assist with backups, disaster recovery, and infrastructure projects

• Troubleshoot complex server, network, application, and connectivity issues

• Maintain IT documentation and follow security best practices

• Serve as an escalation point and provide Tier 2/3 technical support when needed

• Support day-to-day IT operations across the organization

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration and networking experience; 5 years preferred

• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, VPNs, switches, and firewalls

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments

• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or similar virtualization technologies

• Ability to troubleshoot issues across both server and network environments

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills

Education & Certifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred

• Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education

• Certifications such as Network , Security , CCNA, Microsoft, VMware, or equivalent are preferred
