General Manager - Sales & Marketing

A genuinely rare executive appointment for a commercially driven leader ready to own the growth agenda of one of Victoria's leading residential building groups. Reporting directly to the CEO & COO, this role sits at the commercial heart of a multi-brand, high-volume operation spanning metro and regional Victoria - with full accountability for leading and unifying sales, marketing, and House & Land strategy across multiple residential brands and channels.

This is not a purely strategic or operational role – it requires a proven operator who can set the direction, build the structure, align the teams, and stand behind the numbers.

• Scale and complexity - Lead a commercial function spanning multiple residential brands, metro and regional markets, retail and wholesale channels, and a dedicated House & Land operation
• Seat at the table - A genuine senior appointment with direct CEO/COO reporting, real influence over business direction, and visibility across the entire group
• Growth agenda - The business is investing, expanding, and ambitious; this role is central to what comes next
• High-performing team - Inherit a capable group of sales and marketing leaders across brands and regions, with the mandate to develop and elevate them further
• Market position - Represent a business with strong brand recognition, established display networks, deep developer relationships, and a proven track record of success in the Victorian market

• Sales - Group-wide strategy, conversion performance, display network effectiveness, pipeline management, and channel optimisation across retail, wholesale, investor, and developer segments
• Marketing - Oversight of brand strategy, digital marketing, lead generation, campaigns, media, content, events, and external agency management across all brands
• House & Land - Estate relationships, package strategy, developer partnerships, and channel performance
• People - Multiple sales and marketing leaders across metro and regional Victoria, with a mandate to build capability, accountability, and culture

• Proven senior leader with extensive experience in residential building and construction in VIC
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale Sales and Marketing functions across multiple brands, regions, or business units
• Deep understanding of the Victorian housing market - retail, House & Land, investor, wholesale, and developer channels
• Strong grasp of display home networks, estate strategies, and package-based sales models
• Commercial acumen matched by the ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution
• A genuine people leader - someone who builds high-performing teams, not just high-performing spreadsheets
• The resilience, maturity, and confidence to lead through complexity and market change
