Rust研发工程师

岗位职责

• 使用 Rust 参与 AI Native 的文档、办公套件和生产力工具客户端的设计与开发
• 负责系统的稳定性、性能和可靠性优化，持续提升整体工程质量和运行效率
• 参与关键技术方案的设计与评审，推动系统架构的演进和技术栈的优化

任职要求

• 熟悉 Rust 语言及其生态，对类型系统、内存安全、并发模型有良好理解，具备扎实的工程素养，能够编写高质量、可维护的代码
• 深入理解 Rust 的所有权、生命周期和并发模型
• 熟悉异步 Rust（async/await），有 tokio, async-std 等相关实践经验
• 思维敏捷灵活，能够快速分析复杂问题并抓住关键点
• 逻辑能力强，能够系统性思考并提出合理的技术方案
• 主动性强，善于发现和提出问题，能够准确理解和抽象业务需求，有较强的问题分析和解决能力
• 具备优秀的学习能力，能够快速理解新概念和新范式，持续掌握新技术和工具
• 积极参与技术讨论，具备良好的沟通表达能力，能够清晰地阐述技术方案、工程权衡和架构设计思路
• 拥有数据驱动思维，善于通过监控、日志和指标分析持续优化系统性能和稳定性
• 对 AI 大模型及其工程化应用有浓厚兴趣，有创造力，乐于探索基于 AI 的新技术和系统设计
• 至少使用过一种 AI 辅助编程工具，并能将其融入日常开发流程

加分项

• 日常大量使用 AI 辅助编程工具，熟悉 Vibe Coding
• 开发过高性能网络服务或异步运行时相关项目（如 tokio, async-std）
• 有客户端 Rust 跨平台开发经验（通过 FFI 与 Swift/Kotlin/C++ 交互）
• 参与过 AI Agent, RAG, AI Chat 或相关系统的工程实现
• 有 WebAssembly (Wasm) 开发经验，熟悉 Rust 到 Web 的编译与交互流程
• 使用过文档类、办公套件或生产力工具相关产品，对其技术实现和用户体验有理解
