Key Requirements

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Computer skills: proficiency with Windows 10 or Mac 10, high-speed internet (hard-wired), and a USB headset
• Quiet workspace at home necessary for remote work
• Own a laptop/desktop (not a Chromebook or tablet) compatible with the required operating systems
