Parts Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales and Quoting Specialist to manage the full order cycle and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This role is central to processing customer requests, generating accurate quotes, and driving efficient order fulfillment from inquiry through invoicing.

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary contact for client requests, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Enter, process, and manage customer orders from quote through invoicing.
  • Generate customized quotes and proposals based on client needs.
  • Coordinate purchasing, scheduling, and delivery to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Provide responsive customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Act as a communication link between customers, sales personnel, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in order entry, order processing, or customer service in a technical/manufacturing environment.
  • General mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Experience using ERP/CRM or order/project management software (e.g., JobScope or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Salary: $55,000-$65,000/year
