- Care Planning: Create, monitor, and update person-centred care plans as residents' needs change.
- Medication Management: Oversee and complete medication administration records (MAR charts) and support correct medication regimes.
- Health Monitoring: Check basic vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, and report any health changes.
- Family and Professional Communication: Update families on a resident's progress and liaise with visiting doctors, nurses, and social workers.
- Personal and Daily Care: Assist residents with washing, dressing, mobility, and eating when required.
