We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Luxury Housekeeper to join a prestigious private household in Brisbane's inner-city area.

This is more than a traditional housekeeping role. Working under the direction of the Property Manager, you will play an important role in maintaining exceptional standards across luxury residences while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the household.

We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, enjoys building trusted relationships, and is seeking a long-term opportunity where they can become a valued and respected member of the household team. This full-time position operates on a rotating roster, with ordinary hours worked between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, with work required every second Saturday. Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.

About the Role

Reporting to the Property Manager and working alongside an experienced household team, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining luxury residences to an impeccable standard
• Detailed cleaning and presentation of high-end homes
• Care of delicate, valuable, and specialist furnishings and household items
• Household organisation and general support duties
• Meal preparation as required
• Travelling between multiple properties when required
• Working collaboratively within an established household team
• Maintaining privacy, discretion, and confidentiality at all times

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury private residences, high-end hospitality, government residences, executive accommodation, or similar environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work
• Strong English communication skills
• A professional, polished, and discreet manner
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
• Reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic

• Willing to have a federal Police Check done

• The ability to complete pre-employment screening requirements
• Three professional employment references
