Your Day-to-Day Duties:
  • Assist in concrete pouring, mixing, and finishing
  • General civil labouring including site setup, formwork preparation, and cleanup
  • Help with concrete delivery and distribution on site
  • Perform site cleanup, including removal of debris and excess materials
  • Support trades and operators, including excavator and machinery operations
  • Conduct site safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Work closely with concrete crews, learning best industry practices
Experience & Requirements:
  • Some experience as a concrete labourer with understanding of concrete placement and finishing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • White Card
  • Reliable transport and valid driver’s license (some sites may be in remote areas)
  • Strong commitment to safety standards and procedures
