Senior Residential Conveyancing Paralegal - Inverness

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career with a highly respected and growing Scottish law firm?
 
Our client is seeking a talented individual to join its established Residential Property team in Inverness.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, whilst managing your own varied caseload and building long-term relationships with clients and property professionals throughout the Highlands.

The role will involve managing a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:

• Property purchases and sales
• Transfers of title
• Re-mortgages
• Client liaison and relationship management
• Working closely with lenders, estate agents and other professional contacts
• Supporting the continued growth and success of the Inverness office

 
The successful candidate will have previous experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload, strong knowledge of Scottish conveyancing procedures, excellent organisational skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
