Project Manager

Design & Build are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Melbourne-based builder, renowned for delivering architecturally designed luxury homes. Known for their craftsmanship and attention to detail, they also pride themselves on creating a supportive, collaborative environment where their people can thrive.

In this role, you’ll oversee multiple high-end residential projects valued up to $5m, and a team of dedicated Site Managers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring excellence in time, cost, and quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout each project.
• Develop and manage project budgets to maximise value without compromising quality.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays proactively.
• Lead, support, and mentor Site Managers and project teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing multiple high-end residential projects 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Building & Construction Qualification, Diploma or similar is preferred
