Experienced Drill Fitters – FIFO 2:1 Roster | Kalgoorlie Region | Up to $80/hr

We are currently seeking experienced Drill Fitters to join our growing team for an ongoing FIFO opportunity in the Kalgoorlie region on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.

About the Role

As a Drill Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, servicing, and overhaul of drilling equipment. The successful candidates will be confident working both within a team environment and independently in a workshop setting, maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Australian recognised Trade Qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic, or equivalent.

• Proven experience working as a Drill Fitter on surface or underground drill rigs.

• Strong mechanical diagnostics and fault-finding skills.

• Experience carrying out repairs, maintenance, rebuilds, and component replacements.

• The ability to work independently in a workshop without direct supervision.

• A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant Trade Certificate.

• Current Australian Driver's Licence (HR licence desirable).

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.

• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).

• Full Australian working rights.
