- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science.
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant post-college job experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in a range of specialized laboratory techniques, capable of searching scientific literature, and skilled with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, meticulous attention to detail, coachable, and a proven ability and desire to learn.
- Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience handling cytology specimens and preparing cytology slides using the Hologic T2000 or the Client Totalys
