About the Role

Zoom Docs is a next-generation collaboration space that combines documents, knowledge, and workflows in one flexible platform. We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to help define and craft user experiences that make teamwork simpler, smarter, and more delightful.

As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to shape the future of collaborative documents—designing experiences that scale from individual creativity to enterprise-wide workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end UX design for major Zoom Docs product areas, from concept to launch.

• Drive user research and discovery, turning insights into actionable design opportunities.

• Design and deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.

• Contribute to and extend the Zoom design system, ensuring consistency and usability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align product strategy with user needs.

• Use data, testing, and feedback to iterate and refine designs.

• Mentor and support other designers, helping raise the bar for UX quality across the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Consumer-facing (2C) UX/Product Design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills.

• Deep expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.

• Strong skills in Figma and prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer, etc.).

• Experience conducting or partnering on user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.

• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can align stakeholders around a design vision.

• Passion for collaboration and a growth mindset—comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
