What You'll Be Doing
- Lead all aspects of the home's operations, performance and culture.
- Inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team.
- Drive occupancy, financial performance and service outcomes.
- Ensure exceptional clinical governance and compliance.
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families and the local community.
- Champion continuous improvement and a positive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
You're someone who can walk into a service, quickly build credibility and confidently lead from the front.
You'll bring:
- Previous leadership experience as a Service Manager or Facility Manager within residential aged care (ideally 3+ years, although candidates with around 2 years of strong leadership experience will also be considered).
- Experience leading medium to large residential aged care homes.
- Strong operational, financial and people leadership capability.
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
- A passion for building high-performing teams and delivering outstanding resident care.
