About the Role
Reporting to the firm's leadership team, you'll provide dedicated leadership and support to the administration and legal support professionals across the Newcastle and Sydney offices.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and support the firm's administration and legal support teams, providing day-to-day people leadership while ensuring resources, workloads and team operations run smoothly across both offices.
- Oversee resource allocation, workflow and staffing coverage.
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day people matters and team support.
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and team effectiveness.
- Partner with the leadership team to support the firm's continued growth and success.
About You
To be successful, you'll have experience working within a legal practice in a leadership capacity, ideally as a:
- Practice Manager
- Office Manager
- Senior Legal PA or Executive Assistant with leadership responsibilities
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- A natural ability to lead, support and motivate others.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach.
