We’re seeking a Monitoring & Observability Specialist to uplift enterprise monitoring, logging, alerting and operational visibility across a large, complex technology environment.
You’ll assess current-state capability, define the target state, and deliver practical improvements that increase service resilience and incident response effectiveness (with an eye toward AIOps maturity).

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Monitoring & Observability Specialist to uplift enterprise monitoring, logging, alerting and operational visibility across a large, complex technology environment.
You’ll assess current-state capability, define the target state, and deliver practical improvements that increase service resilience and incident response effectiveness (with an eye toward AIOps maturity).
Responsibilites:
- Assess existing monitoring, observability, logging and event management capability and identify gaps
- Produce a Monitoring & Observability Strategy plus future-state roadmap
- Define standards, governance, ownership and operating model for monitoring/logging
- Improve alert quality, dashboards, reporting, and operational workflows
- Lead tactical uplift initiatives and support transition into BAU (docs/KT/support model)
Qualifications:
- Experienced with in enterprise monitoring/observability/logging/infrastructure operations
- Skilled with:
- Splunk (Consultant/Architect/Admin)
- Azure Monitor / Azure Admin / Azure Solutions Architect
- Dynatrace / Datadog / New Relic / Elastic / Grafana / Prometheus
- Proven experience designing/implementing monitoring & observability solutions at scale
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to produce high-quality strategy/standards documentation
