Confidential search: A global luxury maison is appointing an experienced Regional Training Manager to join its regional hub in Singapore.
The mandate covers APAC markets (excluding Greater China) across directly operated retail and distributor-led environments. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between global training direction and local market execution, ensuring training is brand-right, culturally relevant, commercially useful and consistently adopted by retail teams, trainers and distributor partners.
This role is for a luxury beauty training professional with strong retail education experience across product training, fragrance storytelling, selling ceremony, service ritual, clienteling, client experience and field coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Roll out global product training, brand ritual, selling ceremony and client experience programmes across APAC
- Deliver Train-the-Trainer programmes for local retail trainers, beauty advisors and distributor training teams
- Adapt global retail education content for different APAC cultures, channels and market maturity levels
- Strengthen distributor training capability through facilitation, coaching and structured post-training follow-up
- Build, engage and elevate a regional community of retail trainers across APAC
- Track training feedback, adoption, training effectiveness, KPIs, ROI and field impact
- Partner with global, regional and local stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand standards, retail execution and client experience
Key Requirements
- Mandatory: strong background in luxury beauty training, retail education, niche fragrance, prestige skincare, cosmetics
- Proven experience as a Regional Training Manager, Retail Education Manager, Beauty Training Manager, Field Training Manager, Regional Trainer or similar
- Strong experience delivering Train-the-Trainer programmes across multiple APAC markets
- Deep understanding of selling ceremony, product education, fragrance storytelling, brand rituals, clienteling and luxury client experience
- Experience working with directly operated retail teams, local trainers, beauty advisors and distributor-led markets
- Confident facilitator with the presence to engage multicultural retail teams, distributors and senior stakeholders
- Structured, polished and commercially grounded, with the ability to turn training into measurable field impact
