Site Manager

Design and Build are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a passion for overseeing new build projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client’s tight knit team and assist them in a large format $40M new build project in Brisbane. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the build. Take charge and own your project.
• Lead another junior site manager, and 3 foremen.
• Work collaborative with you project manager, contracts administrator, subcontractors and client. 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, project look-a-heads, and safety records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects - $40 million +.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and best practices in industrial builds.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• QBCC licence
