Are you an experienced housekeeper who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces? We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join a respected hospitality team in Erie, PA. In this role, you will help maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards while contributing to a positive experience for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms, apartment common areas, hallways, lobbies, and other shared spaces

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform routine floor care

  • Sanitize and restock restrooms and common areas

  • Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens as needed

  • Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards promptly

  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

  • Help monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed

  • Ensure all assigned areas meet company cleanliness and presentation standards

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience required

  • Ability to clean hotel rooms, and apartment common areas

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the day

  • Reliable attendance and a positive, professional attitude

Benefits/Compensation

  • Full Time

  • Pay Rate is $16 per hour

  • 1st Shift 6-8am start time

  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

  • Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

  • Temp-To-Hire

  • Benefits after Probation period
