Key Responsibilities • Complete Occupational Therapy assessments and treatment plans • Support patients with functional rehabilitation and ADLs • Participate in discharge planning and equipment recommendations • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team • Maintain clinical documentation and attend MDT meetings
