About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Software Developer to join a high-performing team on an initial 6-month contract (strong view to extend). You’ll design and deliver solutions, working closely with stakeholders and taking full ownership of your deliverables.

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Software Developer to join a high-performing team on an initial 6-month contract (strong view to extend). You’ll design and deliver solutions, working closely with stakeholders and taking full ownership of your deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver solutions for capital markets systems across various project initiatives
- Develop and maintain scalable applications.
- Build secure, high-performing solutions on AWS
- Contribute to back-end development with Java
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver robust software
- Take initiative and ownership of tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Strong, hands-on experience with a range of technologies, incl Javascript, Typescript and Java for back-end components
- Solid knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.)
- Golang experience would be highly regarded though not mandatory
- Experience working with Event-Driven Architecture
- True e2e experience from Solution Design to Development and production support
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architecture
- Excellent team player with high initiative and strong sense of ownership
- Daily Rate on offer
- Hybrid flexibility – 3 days in Melbourne CBD office + WFH
- Initial 6-month contract with strong view to extend
