Manukau Toyota Group is looking for a Digital Product Listing Specialist to take ownership of the online presentation of vehicle stock across its four Auckland dealerships – Manukau, Botany, Papakura, and Pukekohe.
This is a unique opportunity to combine your digital skills, creativity, and automotive interest in a fast-paced role that directly impacts vehicle sales. You'll be responsible for ensuring every vehicle is professionally photographed, accurately listed, and presented online in a way that attracts customers and generates enquiries.
Based primarily from Manukau, you'll regularly travel between all four dealerships, spending time with each sales team and ensuring stock is presented online quickly, consistently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Creating and managing vehicle listings across multiple online platforms
- Photographing vehicles and ensuring consistent presentation standards
- Writing engaging and accurate vehicle descriptions
- Optimising listings for online visibility and performance
- Maintaining listing accuracy across a large and varied vehicle inventory
- Working closely with dealership teams across all four locations
- Monitoring listing quality and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ensuring vehicles are online and market-ready as quickly as possible
About You
- Experience creating and managing online product listings
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence using digital platforms and online systems
- Photography skills and an eye for presentation
- The ability to prioritise and work independently
- Strong communication skills with a personable and professional approach
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry
- A full New Zealand driver's licence
