Schedule:
• 12-hour Day Shift, 4 on / 4 off rotation (alternating 36/48-hour weeks)
 
Pay:
Local:
• Starting at $38/hr
 
Travel (50+ miles):
• $20/hr W2
• $800/week stipends (non-taxed)
• Total Weekly Gross: $1,520 (36-hour week)
• Total Weekly Gross: $1,960 (48-hour week)
 
Position Overview:
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work at a correctional facility in Lamesa, TX.
 
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to incarcerated individuals under the supervision of an RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed orders and facility protocols
• Conduct intake screenings and assist with routine and emergency assessments
• Assess and provide mental health care, support continuity of treatment for chronic, acute, psychological and medical needs
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or basic life support
 
Requirements:
• Active Texas LVN license
• Minimum 1 year of LVN experience
• Ability to pass background screening
