Sourcing and Compliance Officer

In this vital role, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment success—identifying and engaging candidates through innovative sourcing channels, managing onboarding processes, and safeguarding compliance with legislative and company standards. Required Skills:

• Excellent time management skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
• Proven experience in candidate sourcing and management
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn or similar)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of legislative compliance requirements and credentialing processes
• Attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry
• Familiarity with VEVO (Working Rights) checks and pre-employment screening
• Knowledge of health and safety or credential validation processes
• Proficiency in report generation and data analysis

Other Requirements:

• Ability to coordinate medicals, DAS, and pre-employment checks
• Experience working with external compliance portals and maintaining accurate candidate records
• Commitment to confidentiality and data protection standards
• Flexibility to participate in occasional candidate or stakeholder meetings outside standard hours if needed
