Business Intelligence Analytics & Reporting Administrator

A Global IT firm is seeking a Business Intelligence technology engineer that will be part of our global Middleware and BI platform team and help drive BI platform strategies focusing on Middleware and Business Intelligence Products Cloud adoption, Engineering, Automations and Support.
The successful candidate will continuously contribute various strategies across BI technologies, with the objective to continuously keep pace with the fast evolving technology industry. As part of the Infrastructure Group the position is not a PowerBI developer but rather functions as a Platform Administrator / PowerBI Cloud Administrator managing backend platforms, both on-prem and cloud environment.

Responsibilities:
- Be an Independent contributor and work with Global team to manage BI Products used within organization namely PowerBI, BusinessObjects, Informatica
- Strategize, analyze security and Identity constraints in Cloud adoption for the BI service on Azure / AWS / other Public cloud platforms
- Engineer frameworks and Automate processes using Ansible / Python / Powershell along with Production support for BI Products and Platform services
- Vendor management for enhancements, fixes and issue resolution
- Opportunity to work on Middleware platforms like MQ

Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure support or Production Support
- Experience in one of 2 below, and interest to learn the other
- Product engineering and administration of BI products (primarily PowerBI)
- Working Knowledge of public cloud like AWS / Azure and PowerBI Service on cloud
- Administration of Linux and Windows Platforms, troubleshooting & monitoring
- Hands on skills in Python, Powershell, Ansible
- Self-motivated, Quick and Eager to Learn and develop
