What You Will Be Doing
Lead Engineering Transformation: Drive the shift toward a cross-functional model, moving from platform-centric silos to a versatile "one-team" engineering cohort.
Govern & Architect: Partner with leaders to embed "end-gate" quality controls, standardization, and architectural guardrails into the pre-delivery lifecycle.
Platform Maturity: Act as a technical authority across complex ecosystems, driving forward delivery and engineering decisions to align with the long-term strategic architectural vision.
Strategic Uplift: Identify and lead the implementation of automation or optimization opportunities, with a focus on cost, availability, and performance.
Stakeholder Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to Executive leadership, collaborating closely with Tech Leads and Product Owners to navigate complex delivery challenges.
Workforce Development: Coach and mentor senior engineering talent, fostering a learning mindset and ensuring the workforce is equipped for long-term technical sustainability.
