This role will support Agile delivery for large-scale HR data modernization initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, governance, and reporting.
About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Agile Release Train supporting HR data warehouse initiatives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and PI Planning
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through Scrum of Scrums and dependency management activities
- Partner with Product Owners to refine priorities and maintain backlog readiness
- Track delivery progress, manage risks and impediments, and communicate timelines and status updates
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Agile Delivery Lead, or in a related role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, or a similar Agile certification
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
- Experience facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and multi-team Agile delivery
- Experience managing enterprise-scale projects involving data, analytics, or cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of backlog management, release planning, and dependency tracking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence teams and drive alignment without direct authority
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting Azure-based data warehouses, data lakes, or analytics platforms
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
- PMI-ACP certification
- Experience working with Oracle HCM and HR data ecosystems
- Experience supporting data engineering, analytics, governance, and integration teams
- Familiarity with AI, reporting, and enterprise data modernization initiatives
