Job Summary
The Head of Frac-onal Avia-on Business will lead the development of a new frac-onal ownership business from the ground up, covering business and product development, commercial strategy and sales.
The role will be responsible for developing the ownership model, pricing and customer proposi-on, defining the go-to-market strategy, building strategic partnerships and acquiring high-value customers to drive revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibili&es
Business & Product Development
Develop the frac-onal ownership business strategy, commercial model and go-to-market plan.
Define ownership structures, share sizes, flight-hour en-tlements, pricing, management fees and
customer benefits.
Conduct market and compe-tor analysis to iden-fy target segments and growth opportuni-es.
Develop business cases, financial models, revenue projec-ons and profitability assump-ons.
Work with Finance, Legal, Opera-ons, Maintenance and other func-ons to ensure the model is commercially aLrac-ve and opera-onally feasible.
Con-nuously refine the product and commercial model based on market and customer feedback.
Sales & Business Development
Lead the sales strategy and revenue genera-on for the frac-onal ownership business.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and convert opportuni-es into ownership
deals.
Develop rela-onships with HNWIs/UHNWIs, family offices, entrepreneurs, corporate clients and other high-value customers.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospec-ng and needs assessment through proposal, nego-a-on and closing.
Build referral and strategic partnerships with private banks, wealth managers, aircraR brokers, avia-on consultants and luxury businesses.
Develop tailored commercial proposals based on customer travel requirements and usage paLerns.
Deliver agreed sales, revenue and profitability targets. Owner & Customer Rela&onship Management
Act as the senior rela-onship contact for prospec-ve and exis-ng frac-onal owners.
Build long-term rela-onships based on trust, discre-on and high-quality service.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of the agreed proposi-on.
Iden-fy opportuni-es for reten-on, referrals, addi-onal share purchases and cross-selling.
Manage the customer journey from ini-al enquiry through purchase, onboarding and ongoing
ownership.
Commercial & Cross-func&onal Leadership
Act as the key commercial interface between customers and opera-onal teams.
Coordinate with Flight Opera-ons, Scheduling, Maintenance, Finance, Legal, Safety, Marke-ng
and Customer Experience.
Ensure commercial commitments align with opera-onal capabili-es, aircraR availability and financial objec-ves.
Monitor market trends, sales pipeline, revenue, profitability, aircraR u-liza-on and customer feedback.
Provide regular business updates and recommenda-ons to senior management. Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
Approximately 8–12+ years of experience in business development, commercial, sales or related roles.
Strong experience in private avia-on, aircraR charter, aircraR management, avia-on brokerage, frac-onal ownership, jet cards or luxury services is highly preferred.
Candidates from other high-value consulta-ve sales environments may also be considered, including wealth management, private banking, luxury real estate, hospitality and premium services.
Proven track record of developing new business and closing high-value, complex transac-ons.
Experience launching a new product, business line or commercial model from concept to market is a strong advantage.
Exis-ng rela-onships with HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, private banks, wealth managers, avia-on brokers or relevant networks are highly advantageous.
