Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner | Brewster, WA – 4-Day Week + RVU Bonus

• Full-time Family Medicine NP or PA opportunity
• Choose a 4-day/10-hour or 5-day/8-hour work schedule
• Clinic open Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Join a team of 1 physician and 1 APP
• Practice in a modern, state-of-the-art primary care clinic
• Collaborative environment working alongside physicians and other APPs
• Government site qualified with HPSA Score of 16

Compensation/Benefits:

• $138K–$160K base salary, depending on experience
• RVU-based bonus opportunity

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• NP/PA experience preferred
• Ability to obtain an active Washington State license
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other APPs
• Strong, compassionate communication skills for educating patients and families
• Thorough documentation and comprehensive patient record management
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred
