Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Description: Location: Plano, TX

Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)
Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Peak Season Schedule: Hours will transition to 3:30 AM – 3:30 PM during peak production periods.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate / Quality Assurance (QA) to join our team at a fast-paced printing company in Plano, TX. This position plays a key role in ensuring products meet quality standards while supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform production and quality assurance (QA) duties throughout the manufacturing process.
Inspect printed materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before advancing to the next stage.
Use basic computer skills to review, enter, and track production and quality data.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow company safety procedures and quality guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
Assist with other production-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Previous production, manufacturing, or quality assurance experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work extended hours during Peak Season as business needs require.
