The Role As a Trainee Water Treatment Account Manager, you’ll be learning how to manage and grow customer relationships across East Anglia, supported by an experienced team.

You’ll initially focus on:

• Supporting existing client accounts
  
  
• Carrying out water analysis and site visits
  
  
• Working with cooling towers and steam boiler systems
  
  
• Building relationships with customers on site
  
  
• Learning the commercial side of water treatment services
  
  
• Assisting senior Account Managers with client development
  
  
• Identifying opportunities to grow accounts over time
  
  

This is an ideal opportunity for someone technical who wants to move into a customer-facing and commercially focused career.

About You:

• Experience within the water treatment industry
  
  
• Knowledge of cooling towers and steam boilers
  
  
• Analytical / testing experience is essential
  
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
  
• Keen to progress into an Account Management role
  
  
• Full UK driving licence
  
  
• Based in or near Norwich, or willing to travel across the region
