You'll work directly alongside a Senior Director with real responsibility from day one, with client ownership growing over time as trust is established. For the right person there is a clearly structured pathway to a genuine business partnership.

What you'll be doing
- Delivering high-quality client service across a well-established high-net-worth book
- Supporting advice delivery including preparation of advice documents and paraplanning
- Managing client communication proactively and with long term relationship intent
- Contributing to growth opportunities within the existing book over time
- Professional Year completed and listed on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register (non-negotiable)
- Clean compliance history
- A natural relationship builder, curious and kind with a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a high-trust, flexible environment
- Post-PY experience is flexible.
