IN2-AV has been retained by an elite, highly respected technology and engineering consultancy that acts as the principal adviser for some of the largest tech giants and enterprise clients globally. Due to a major influx of hyperscale and complex infrastructure projects, they are expanding their security engineering practice, and we are managing the search for an accomplished Associate Principal to lead their security initiatives.
The role is 100% remote within the US, operating as a hybrid/remote setup with around 25% travel for site visits and client meetings.
If you are a mid-to-senior level Security Engineer or Consultant ready to guide multi-discipline projects across the full spectrum of physical and electronic security, from initial programming through to final closeout, this is a serious career move.
The Essentials:
��️ Full-Spectrum Security: Deep technical capability across both physical and electronic security systems, including access control (PACS), video surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection (IDS), and perimeter security.
�� Engineering Leadership: 6+ years of AEC experience leading discipline portions of mid-to-large projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget while interfacing directly with enterprise clients.
�� Modern AEC Workflows: Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, and modern digital design frameworks (such as GitHub for standards and workflow optimization).
�� Credentials: P.E. (Professional Engineer) license is heavily favored. Certifications like PSP, CPP, CDT, EIT, or PMP are a major plus.
The Package:
�� Salary: Up to $180,000 base + performance bonuses + profit sharing + comprehensive corporate benefits package
�� Setup: 100% Remote (US-based) with ~25% client site presence
