The Ideal Candidate

Background and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Finance or Business and preferably a MBA/RA/CPA or RC degree as well
• At least 7 -12 years working experience in a finance role with gradually increasing responsibilities;
• At least 3-4 years experience as a Senior Controller/Senior Financial Manager in a fast growing international company with a strong focus on sales;
• Comfortable in a start up like environment (dynamic, fluid);
• Track record in professionalizing a financial department; setting up policies and structure and change management;
• Good understanding of Dutch Tax Laws, the Dutch customs and duties requirements, VAT and property taxes;
• Experience with ERP systems, implementation/updating experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

• Social skills: able to create professional relationships on all levels.
