Corporate Restructuring - International Law Firm - Dubai

We're currently supporting an international law firm in Dubai who are looking to hire an Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate, Commercial & Restructuring team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high value matters across the Middle East, with a strong focus on complex, cross-border work.

Requirements:
- 2-5 PQE
- Strong corporate, commercial, M&A and restructuring experience
- Common law qualified
- Experience gained at a leading international law firm
- Middle East experience preferred, but not essential
