Sommaire du poste

  • Travailler avec les clients et les utilisateurs finaux pour fournir un soutien technique et de l’aide pour tout problème de logiciel et de matériel?
  • Gérer l’accès des nouveaux utilisateurs et contrôler l’accès des clients?
  • Fournir un soutien technique à d’autres spécialistes en technologie Maximus?
  • Surveiller les rapports de contrôle pour analyser et repérer les problèmes en cours
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme d’étude en Électronique, en Technologie de la télécommunication ou autre domaine connexe
  • 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) au parler et à l’écrit
  • Espagnol (un atout)
  • Connaissance approfondie du hardware et des logiciels
  • Capacité à établir rapidement de bonnes relations de travail avec les clients?
  • Connaissance de base en électronique 
  • Familiariser avec le système de ticket de service et plainte ZENDESK
  • Sens aigu du service à la clientèle?
  • Capacité de bien travailler avec les gens?
  • Solides compétences de communication?
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.

Summary

  • Work with customers and end users to provide technical support and assistance with any software and hardware issues
  • Manage new user access and control customer access
  • Provide technical support to other Maximus technology specialists
  • Monitor monitoring reports to analyze and identify ongoing issues
  • All other related duties.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electronics or Telecommunication Technology
  • Two years of experience in a similar position
  • Bilingualism (French and English) in speaking and writing
  • Spanish (a plus)
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
  • Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with customers
  • Basic knowledge of electronics 
  • Familiarity with the ZENDESK service ticket and complaint system
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Ability to work well with people
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills.
