We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join this growing business on a full-time, work-from-home basis, with the occassional site visit.
This is a great opportunity for an estimator who is confident working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is experienced using Cubit estimating software.

About the role:
  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and take-offs
  • Review plans, specifications and project requirements
  • Develop detailed project pricing and cost estimates
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as required
  • Manage multiple estimates and deadlines
  • Work closely with the wider team to support successful project delivery
About you:
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry on projects to the value of $10 million
  • Strong experience using Cubit
  • Excellent understanding of construction costs, materials and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to manage your workload independently while working remotely
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Commercial construction experience is essential
