You'll work directly with production teams to identify quality concerns, investigate issues, and implement practical solutions that keep products aligned with customer expectations and applicable industry requirements.
If you enjoy working with both people and data and like being close enough to the manufacturing floor to see problems firsthand, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on production quality.

-
Help establish and maintain processes that promote consistent product quality.
-
Document quality findings and communicate issues to the appropriate teams.
Audits & Quality Systems
-
Conduct routine quality audits and inspections throughout the facility.
-
Help ensure manufacturing processes remain aligned with established quality procedures.
-
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
-
Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
-
Support compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
-
Participate in quality-related reviews and improvement initiatives.
Production Support
-
Work closely with production employees and supervisors to resolve quality issues.
-
Investigate problems occurring during manufacturing and help determine practical solutions.
-
Provide feedback to production teams regarding quality expectations and recurring issues.
-
Help identify process changes that can improve consistency, efficiency, and overall product quality.
-
Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to implement corrective actions.
-
Serve as a quality resource for day-to-day production questions.
Data & Continuous Improvement
