About the Role
This is a newly created position sitting within the ANZ Advisory division. You will work directly with water and wastewater utility clients to improve the performance, resilience and value of their asset portfolios. The role sits at the intersection of tactical and operational asset management, combining lifecycle thinking, risk-based decision-making and digital enablement to deliver practical outcomes for asset owners and operators across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work directly with water and wastewater utility clients to improve the performance, resilience and value of their asset portfolios. The role sits at the intersection of tactical and operational asset management, combining lifecycle thinking, risk-based decision-making and digital enablement to deliver practical outcomes for asset owners and operators across Australia and New Zealand.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and reviewing asset management frameworks aligned with ISO 55000
- Lifecycle cost modelling, renewal forecasting and risk-based investment prioritisation
- Conducting asset maturity assessments, benchmarking and gap analyses
- Developing maintenance strategies including Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM)
- Supporting capital works planning and business case development
- Facilitating client workshops, risk reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Collaborating with internal engineers, digital specialists and project managers
- Engineering degree required, postgraduate qualifications in asset management or business are a plus
- 5 to 10 years experience in asset management, operations or advisory roles
- Background in water, wastewater, energy or large-scale infrastructure
- Strong understanding of lifecycle costing and risk-based decision-making
- Experience with EAM or CMMS systems and data platforms
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
- Willing to travel occasionally within Australia
- $150,000 total package inclusive of superannuation
- 10% short-term incentive
