Project Coordinator/Technical Coordinator

Years of Experience - 8 to 10 years
Qualification - B.E/Tech, MCA, BSc, MSc In Computer Science or Equivalent
JLPT Level - N3, N2

Job Location - Tokyo, Japan

Discuss with Japanese customers to gather requirements
Communicate with the project team and work towards arriving at the solution
Work closely with the project team to monitor the work progress and explain to the customer
Handle project issues and work with the team to resolve
Experience giving technical proposal presentations to customers.

Gathering and explanation to offshore team
Liaison with customer and project team for smooth project execution
Project status tracking and communicating with customers
Coordinate project meetings with customers
Support Sales team with solutioning and participating in meetings on need basis.
Ability to read, write, and speak Japanese fluently. Should be able to create Technical documents and email communication with the client in Japanese. N3 Level or above preferred

Having past experience coordinating projects with Japanese customers and offshore teams in India is mandatory.

6-8 years’ experience doing project Coordination with a good understanding of IT Business
Applications (Preferably Java based systems).
Knowledge of any ERP/business applications for Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical domain will be an

added advantage

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese is a must.
