Press Brake Operator / CNC Press Brake Operator
We are currently hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Brake Press Operator with experience in metal fabrication, blueprint reading, and CNC press brake machine operation.

Press Brake Operator Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines
  • Perform accurate bending and forming of metal parts using a press brake
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and templates
  • Work with tight tolerances and precision measurements
  • Plan sequence of operations for efficient production
  • Select proper dies, tooling, and methods for various press brake operations
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Assist with additional manufacturing and production duties as needed
Qualifications for the Press Brake Operator Position:
  • Prior experience as a Press Brake Operator, Brake Press Operator, or CNC Machine Operator required
  • Experience in metal fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing preferred
  • Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to assist in other areas of production when needed
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred Experience:
  • CNC Press Brake experience
  • Manufacturing and fabrication experience
  • Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
  • Sheet metal and fabrication shop experience
