We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Operators to join a busy cold storage facility based in Truganina. These positions offer ongoing work for the right candidates across both day and afternoon shifts.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment where successful applicants will be expected to work both on and off the forklift and assist with general warehouse duties when required. We are looking for operators who are confident, competent, resilient, and able to maintain accuracy and productivity under pressure.

About the Facility

• Freezer environment operating at -26°C
• Chiller environment operating at 0°C
• Candidates must supply their own freezer gear
• Physically demanding role involving repetitive manual handling

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts
• Operating Crown joystick MHE
• Operating tuggers
• RF scanning and inventory management
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Putaways, replenishments and stock movements
• Picking and packing orders
• Manual handling and general warehouse labouring duties
• Following all site safety and operational procedures

Essential Requirements

✔ Current LF Forklift Licence
✔ Proven Counterbalance and High Reach experience
✔ Experience operating Crown joystick forklifts (preferred)
✔ Experience operating tuggers
✔ Experience using RF scan guns
✔ Previous cold storage experience highly regarded
✔ Ability to perform manual labour and repetitive lifting
✔ Strong safety focus and attention to detail
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Resilient attitude and ability to handle a demanding workplace professionally
✔ Must provide your own freezer gear
✔ Must be able to pass a police check
✔ Reliable transport and full working rights in Australia
