About the Role
 
We are seeking an expert Cost Controller - Pronto Specialist to support our Cost Controls team for an urgent 2-week contract sprint.
Reporting directly to the Lead Cost Administrator, you will hit the ground running to clear system bottlenecks, reconcile complex packages, and ensure commercial data integrity. For the right candidate, this has a strong view to extend into a long-term FIFO site-based or Perth project role.
 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Pronto Management: Execute high-level data entry, variation tracking, and cost-code management strictly within Pronto.
• Claims & Variations: Review, process, and reconcile heavy contractor progress claims and variations against active commitments.
• Reconciliation: Audit purchase orders (POs) and actuals to ensure accurate month-end alignment.

 
Candidate Requirements

• Pronto Expertise (Mandatory): Advanced, hands-on experience across project costing/contracts modules. Must be able to operate independently from day one.
• Mining & Resources Background: Proven experience within the WA resources or heavy infrastructure sector (preferred).
• Flexibility: Immediate availability in Perth (openness to transitioning to a FIFO site routine if extended, is preferred).
